Please join us at Gate #3 (Located on the far Side of the Zoo Parking Lot) between 4:00pm and 4:15pm. Your Education Guides will be there to greet you and check you in. Be sure to account for parking around the zoo if there is another community event such as a concert or Sunset on the Beach.
Comfortable walking shoes are recommended. Strollers and water bottles are welcome though we ask that no outside food be brought in. Tours will continue through light rain, so if necessary, be prepared for inclement weather. In the event of a heavy downpour, we will make every effort to reschedule or refund your tour. Refreshments of lemonade, water and a light snack will be provided after the tour.
We want you to enjoy this special tour, but if for any reason you can’t/don’t make it on your scheduled tour please keep the following in mind.
If you miss a tour due to traffic, sickness, or other unforeseen reasons, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will attempt to make reasonable accommodation for you to attend another evening.
