Children Ages 4 & 5 Years

Camp Menehune introduces keiki to the animal kingdom with fun and engaging activities including entertaining lessons with sensory biofacts, crafting activities, songs, stories, animal tours, keeper talks and games all oriented around age appropriate weekly themes. Camp Dates & Fees

Summer Camp: Now – August 18, 2017 
-Members: $300 (PER WEEK)
-Non-members: $350 (PER WEEK)

Aftercare Fee
-Members: $60 (PER WEEK)
-Non-members: $70 (PER WEEK)
Since our Aftercare is limited, it is on a first come, first served basis.

Safety First

Safety comes first! Please note that the following is required for all children attending Zoo Camp. In the unlikely event of an illness or emergency, Instructors need to be able to easily communicate with both the child and the parents or guardians.

All children attending camp MUST be able to speak and understand English, translators are not available.
A United States cellphone contact number must be available on the first day of Camp or the child may not attend. For international visitors, please rent or purchase a prepaid cellphone. Hotel phone numbers are not accepted.

Policies

Booking in advance is required, as spots fill up quickly. Please note that we do not refund for missed or partially missed days and some elements of our programs may change due to animal and staff availability.

Classes for children are held, rain or shine, in Hale ʻImi ʻIke (unless otherwise noted). All programs require participants to book in advance and wear closed-toe, covered shoes during their time at the Zoo. All participants must be potty-trained to attend camp.
